Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb pkg jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • Stir in:
  • 8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  • 2 T. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • Spaghetti meat sauce

Method

  • Boil 3/4 lbs jumbo shells. Rinse when done. Cream together cream cheese and eggs, then add remaining ingredients. Stuff each with heaping T. cheese mix. Spoon some spaghetti sauce in 9 X 13 pan and arrange shells in pan. Spoon more sauce to cover shells. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 20 min. at 350.
