Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
Method
- Slice potatoes in a casserole. Heat butter, sugar and water to a boil.
- Add vanilla and pour over potatoes. Heat in a moderate oven until bubbly.
