Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz. can salmon
- 8 to 10 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 - 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 12 manicotti shells or 24 large sea shells, cooked and cooled
- spaghetti sauce
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
- Stuff shells. Cover with spaghetti sauce Bake in shallow pan that has been sprayed with PAM at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serves 6.
