Ingredients
- 1/2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
Method
- Place all ingredients in bread maker.
- Select light crust setting; press start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack and allow to cool one hour before slicing (use electric knife for best results).
