Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced, cooked summer squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Chopped onion
- 1 can water chestnuts (sliced)
- Stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Method
- Slice and cook squash until just tender and drain. Combine with sour cream, soup, onion and water chestnuts. Top with stuffing mixture and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
