- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. cooked shrimp, halved
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 c. cooked rice
- 3 Tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. sliced canned mushrooms
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced La Choy water chestnuts
- 1 c. La Choy bean sprouts, drained
Method
- Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings.
- Cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add eggs, stirring until well mixed with other ingredients.
- Add rice and cook until a golden color.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
- Serve at once.
