Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 c. cooked shrimp, halved
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 c. cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sliced canned mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. sliced La Choy water chestnuts
  • 1 c. La Choy bean sprouts, drained

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings.
  • Cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  • Add eggs, stirring until well mixed with other ingredients.
  • Add rice and cook until a golden color.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve at once.
