Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup pistachios
Method
- Take the fresh curd,strain the water from it and tie it in a muslin cloth, hang it for 2 to 3 hours.
- Strain the pulp likewise and set it aside,when the yogurt appears semi-solid, transfer it to a bowl. 3.Add the mango pulp to it .
- Stir in some sugar and cardamom powder ,mix it gently and finally garnish it with some pistachios ,almonds and leftover mango pieces.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours and serve it chilled.
