Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup pistachios

Method

  • Take the fresh curd,strain the water from it and tie it in a muslin cloth, hang it for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Strain the pulp likewise and set it aside,when the yogurt appears semi-solid, transfer it to a bowl. 3.Add the mango pulp to it .
  • Stir in some sugar and cardamom powder ,mix it gently and finally garnish it with some pistachios ,almonds and leftover mango pieces.
  • Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours and serve it chilled.
