Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. rum extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, rum extract, vanilla, bananas and flour.
- Beat until smooth.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
- Cool slightly and spread Peanut Frosting while still warm.
- Cool in pan and cut into bars.
