Ingredients
- 12 oz. penne or ziti macaroni
- 2 large red peppers
- 2 medium size bunches broccoli
- olive or salad oil
- salt
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Method
- Prepare macaroni as label directs, but do not use salt in the water. Drain; keep warm.
