Ingredients
- 6 pork loin chops
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. seasoned flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 6 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Take pork chops, roll in seasoned flour and brown on both sides in hot frypan with oil.
- While chops are browning, take soup and milk and mix together to make sauce.
- Put potatoes in baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
- Put pork chops on top of potatoes and pour soup over evenly.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Makes 6 servings.
