Ingredients

  • 6 pork loin chops
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. seasoned flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 6 c. sliced potatoes
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. oil

Method

  • Take pork chops, roll in seasoned flour and brown on both sides in hot frypan with oil.
  • While chops are browning, take soup and milk and mix together to make sauce.
  • Put potatoes in baking pan (13 x 9-inch).
  • Put pork chops on top of potatoes and pour soup over evenly.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Makes 6 servings.
