Ingredients
- 5 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 c. Tender Quick salt
- 2 tsp. hickory liquid smoke
- 2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Refrigerate in covered bowl for 3 days.
- Form into rolls and place on rack and drip pan.
- Bake at 250° for 10 hours.
- Makes five 1 pound rolls.
