Ingredients

  • 1 box large seashells, cooked and drained
  • 2 jars Prego spaghetti sauce (regular size)
  • 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tub Ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 or 2 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained

Method

  • Mix cheeses together and add milk and egg.
  • Put a small amount of spaghetti sauce with hamburger in it over the bottom of a large pan.
  • Stuff the shells with tablespoon of cheese; mix and place in pan, folded side down.
  • Place all the shells in the pan and cover with the rest of the spaghetti and meat mixed together.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
