Ingredients
- 1 box large seashells, cooked and drained
- 2 jars Prego spaghetti sauce (regular size)
- 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tub Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 or 2 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
Method
- Mix cheeses together and add milk and egg.
- Put a small amount of spaghetti sauce with hamburger in it over the bottom of a large pan.
- Stuff the shells with tablespoon of cheese; mix and place in pan, folded side down.
- Place all the shells in the pan and cover with the rest of the spaghetti and meat mixed together.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
