Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 8 oz. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 hard-cooked eggs
Method
- Bake pie shell for 7 minutes in 350° oven.
- Line bottom of shell with hard-cooked eggs, sausage and cheeses.
- Combine beaten eggs,
- milk,
- salt and pepper and pour over all.
- Cook for 35 minutes
- or until set at 350°.
- Let set for 10 minutes before cutting.
