Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stouffers spinach souffle
  • 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. fresh mushrooms

Method

  • Remove souffle from package and cut in half.
  • Microwave in small bowl on medium heat 2 to 5 minutes.
  • Add bread crumbs to spinach.
  • Add thyme and salt.
  • May also add garlic, if desired. Chop the mushroom stems and add to spinach mixture.
  • Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Place the caps around the sides of a microwavable baking dish. Microwave on Medium for 3 to 4 minutes.
