Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stouffers spinach souffle
- 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Method
- Remove souffle from package and cut in half.
- Microwave in small bowl on medium heat 2 to 5 minutes.
- Add bread crumbs to spinach.
- Add thyme and salt.
- May also add garlic, if desired. Chop the mushroom stems and add to spinach mixture.
- Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and then sprinkle with cheese. Place the caps around the sides of a microwavable baking dish. Microwave on Medium for 3 to 4 minutes.
