Ingredients
- 12 ounces sea scallops
- 4 ounces butter melted
- 1 ounce sherry
- 1 cup bread crumbs fresh
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Slice scallops in half and place in a buttered casserole dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine butter, sherry and crumbs.
- Pour over scallops.
- Bake at 350 degs for 10 to 15 mins.
