Ingredients

  • 4 (4-inch) portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon low-sodium
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Cooking spray

Method

  • Prepare grill.
  • Place portobello caps, stem side up, on a plate. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Drizzle oil mixture over mushrooms.
  • Place mushrooms on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
