- 4 (4-inch) portobello mushroom caps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
Method
- Prepare grill.
- Place portobello caps, stem side up, on a plate. Combine olive oil and next 4 ingredients. Drizzle oil mixture over mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 4 minutes on each side or until tender.
