Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 10 strips bacon
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- seasoned salt to taste
Method
- Microwave bacon until crisp.
- Clean, dry and carefully remove stems (use stems for soups, sauces, etc.).
- Stuff mushrooms with mixture of ingredients above.
- Do not heap mixture on mushrooms as it will melt and be lost.
- Arrange about 12 mushrooms (as uniform in size as possible) in a circle on plate.
- Microwave on Roast about 2 1/2 minutes or until heated through.
