Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bacon, diced
- 6 (10 oz.) container fresh Brussels sprouts or frozen, thawed
- 1 medium cooking onion, minced
- 1/3 c. cider vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Method
- Thirty minutes before serving:
- In a 6-quart saucepan, over medium-low heat, saute bacon until browned.
- Remove to paper towels with slotted spoon.
