Ingredients

  • 8 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Slice hard-cooked eggs in half, lengthwise.
  • Place yolks in mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Combine powdered mustard, salt, salad dressing, pickle relish and white pepper; mix until smooth.
  • Fill each cavity of egg white with yolk mixture.
  • Mound up slightly. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fine chopped parsley.
