Ingredients
- 8 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. salad dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pickle relish
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Method
- Slice hard-cooked eggs in half, lengthwise.
- Place yolks in mixing bowl and mix well.
- Combine powdered mustard, salt, salad dressing, pickle relish and white pepper; mix until smooth.
- Fill each cavity of egg white with yolk mixture.
- Mound up slightly. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fine chopped parsley.
