Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Method

  • Combine chicken, soup and veggies.
  • Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Combine butter, milk and flour (see note one).
  • Pour flour mixture over pot pie mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until crust is golden brown and pie is bubbly.
  • NOTE ONE: If you do not have self rising flour, mix all purpose flour with salt and baking powder.
