Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 cup melted butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
Method
- Combine chicken, soup and veggies.
- Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Combine butter, milk and flour (see note one).
- Pour flour mixture over pot pie mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until crust is golden brown and pie is bubbly.
- NOTE ONE: If you do not have self rising flour, mix all purpose flour with salt and baking powder.
