Ingredients

  • 1 c. packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  • Combine meat and milk; divide into 5 patties.
  • On waxed paper, pat each patty to approximately a 6-inch circle.
  • May need a little flour to aid in this process.
  • Place a portion of stuffing in center of each patty and proceed to draw meat over the stuffing, creating a bundle. Place bundles in casserole dish.
  • Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and 1 soup can water.
  • Pour over bundles and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.
