Ingredients
- 1 c. packaged herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Combine meat and milk; divide into 5 patties.
- On waxed paper, pat each patty to approximately a 6-inch circle.
- May need a little flour to aid in this process.
- Place a portion of stuffing in center of each patty and proceed to draw meat over the stuffing, creating a bundle. Place bundles in casserole dish.
- Combine soup, Worcestershire sauce and 1 soup can water.
- Pour over bundles and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake for 30 minutes.
