Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 6 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. jello (strawberry or peach)
Method
- Wash fruit and place in baked pie shell.
- Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until thick.
- Add jello; pour over fruit. Refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip.
