Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Let set on counter until mixture is consistency of jelly. Add strawberries, pineapple, and bananas. Mix thoroughly. Stir in pecans. Pour half of gelatin mixture in bowl. Let stand in refrigerator until firm. Spread sour cream on gelatin and then remainder of gelatin. Let congeal.
