- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 small box Strawberry Jello
- 10 oz. box frozen strawberries, thawed
- 2/3 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 stick soft margarine
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Method
- Beat eggs lightly.
- Add oil, water, and 3/4 c. strawberries with juice.
- Add cake mix and dry jello.
- Mix well.
- Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan or in layers for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Mix margarine, vanilla, confectioners sugar, and 1/3 c. strawberries with juice.
- Spread over cooled cake after baking.
