Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork or beef ribs, cut into pieces
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. wine (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Method
- Put
- ribs
- into
- baking pan.
- Combine sauce ingredients well; pour over ribs.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
