- 8 oz. (1 1/2 c.) whole blanched almonds
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. egg white (from 1 large egg)
- 1 to 2 tsp. water
- whole almonds (for decoration)
Method
- Set racks in upper and lower third of oven.
- Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
