Ingredients
- 1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Crush graham crackers.
- Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and melted margarine.
- Mix and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cool in freezer to help set.
- Mix the Philly cream cheese and remaining powdered sugar.
- Fold in Cool Whip; spread over crust.
- Add the cherry pie filling over top.
