Ingredients
- 4 small steaks
- 3 green onions
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. water
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Salt and pepper steaks.
- Quick-fry in oil until both sides are brown.
- Drain oil off.
- Cut onions and mushrooms up.
- Add to meat in skillet along with the water.
- Put lid on it and simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve meat topped with some mushrooms and onions.
