Ingredients
- 4 -6 thin pork chops
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups French-fried onions
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying)
Method
- Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour and onions.
- Dredge porkchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
- Fry until golden.
