Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. onion
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. mushroom soup
Method
- Mix all together, except soup.
- Shape into small meat loaf shapes.
- Brown on both sides.
- Place in loaf pan.
- Add mushroom soup and a little water to rinse can.
- Bake 2 hours at 300° to 350°.
