Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
- 2 pkg. raspberries, partially defrosted
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 12 large marshmallows
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
- Add partially defrosted berries, also the juice.
- Pour into an 8-inch pan (or star mold). Chill in refrigerator until firm.
- Combine the marshmallows and cream cheese; mix.
- Add whipping cream; beat with beater until stiff.
- Spread over gelatin mixture.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Serves 10 to 12.
