Ingredients
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. shortening
Method
- In large bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.
- Cut in shortening until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
- Store in canister; store at room temperature for up to 6 weeks.
- (For longer storage, place in freezer.)
- Makes 23 cups.
