Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) cans pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 c. ginger ale, chilled
  • ice ring (if desired)
  • fresh fruit slices (if desired)

Method

  • In a large non-metal punch bowl or pitcher, combine pineapple juice, concentrates and water. Just before serving, add ginger ale, stirring gently. Serve with ice ring or ice cubes and fresh fruit slices. Makes 19 (1/2 cup) servings.
