Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed, cooked butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
  • 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • dash each of ground ginger, pepper and salt

Method

  • COMBINE 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash with 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Product, 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp brown sugar; 1 egg and a dash each ground ginger; pepper and salt.
  • PLACE in a greased small baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  • BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
