Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed, cooked butternut squash
- 1/2 cup Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- dash each of ground ginger, pepper and salt
Method
- COMBINE 2 cups mashed cooked butternut squash with 1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Product, 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs, 2 Tbsp brown sugar; 1 egg and a dash each ground ginger; pepper and salt.
- PLACE in a greased small baking dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
