Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 can peaches with juice (29 oz. can)
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Melt butter in baking casserole dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and milk.
- Pour on top of melted butter.
- Mix 1 tablespoon flour with peaches and juice.
- Pour over batter.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown.
