Ingredients

  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Philadelphia Jalapeno Cream Cheese Product
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 8 Boston lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
  • 1/4 cup Kraft BBQ Ranch Dressing

Method

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients just until blended; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
  • Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  • cream cheese product onto centre of each of 4 patties.
  • Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 6 to 7 min.
  • on each side or until done (165F).
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with lettuce, tomatoes, dressing and tops of buns.
