Ingredients
- 2 c. raw squash, grated
- 1/4 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Stir together by hand.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls in hot shortening.
- Brown on both sides.
