Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Colby cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
Method
- Cook macaroni and green beans each according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Brown ground beef.
- Drain.
- Mix together. Stir in soup and 2 cups of the cheese.
- Pour half the mixture into a greased casserole.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 can onions.
- Top with remaining macaroni mixture and one cup cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
- Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer.
