Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked yellow squash
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Korn Kits cornbread mix
- 2 eggs (for bread)
- 4 eggs (for dressing)
Method
- Mash squash.
- Saute bell pepper, onion and celery in butter until tender, then add soups.
- Bake Korn Kit cornbread and crumble into mixture.
- Last, beat 4 eggs until light.
- Add to mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
