Ingredients
- 3 c. fresh grapefruit sections
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin
Method
- Combine gelatin and sugar in boiling water; add cream cheese. Stir to mix. Fold in grapefruit sections and pecans and store in refrigerator until set. Serves 12 to 15.
