Ingredients
- 3 c. yellow squash
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed crackers
Method
- Boil squash until tender.
- Chop boiled eggs and onion.
- Mix these with soup, milk and crackers, then add chunks of cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Crush more crackers and spread on top. Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
