Ingredients
- 1 pkg. saffron yellow rice
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can Mexican-style corn
Method
- Prepare rice as directed on package.
- After rice is done, add margarine and cheese to hot rice and stir until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients to rice mixture and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
