Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots
- 3 medium squash
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Stove Top dressing (cornbread)
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Cut up vegetables and steam until tender in 2 cups water. Drain vegetables and mash with a wooden spoon (save water).
- Mix the melted oleo, dressing mix and vegetables.
- Add the Velveeta cheese and mix well.
- Add the 2 cups reserved water; mix and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
