- 1 cup water
- 1 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) box powdered sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 3 -4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 4 tablespoons milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a saucepan heat water and butter unil melted.
- Add cocoa, set aside to cool.
- Stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour into chocolate mixture, then add eggs and sour cream.
- Stir thoroughly and pour into a large greased and floured cookie sheet.
- Cook 15-20 minutes in preheated oven.
- Mix together all frosting ingredients, and frost cake IMMEDIATELY after coming out of the oven, do NOT let cool.
