Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 raw carrots, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt to taste
- herb dressing crumbs
Method
- Cook squash until tender.
- Drain well.
- Mix all ingredients except butter and crumbs.
- Pour mixture into greased casserole. Melt butter and stir crumbs into it.
- Place on top. Cook in oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
