Ingredients
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1 can tomato puree
- 1/8 tsp. curry
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. celery, diced
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1/8 tsp. soda
- 1/2 soup can milk
Method
- Mix together in a double boiler the soup, puree and seasonings.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Saute onion and celery in butter; add to soup mixture.
- Before serving, add soda and milk.
- Do not boil.
