Ingredients

  • 10 thin sliced steaks beef
  • 2 cup sr flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6 oz shredded lettuce
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 6 hoagie buns
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 tsp yellow prepared mustard
  • 8 dill pickle chips each sandwich forty eight total
  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 1 oil to deep fry in

Method

  • get oil hot , season the steaks and flour
  • in a small pot heat olive oil put in the margarine melt add mushrooms and onions cook till soft
  • bread each steak and deep fry set aside on a paper towel to drain oil
  • when mushrooms and onions are done add teasppon of flour to them stir and thicken for sauce on sandwich
  • slice bread toast in a pan
  • on your bread add what you desire I did mine as following
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, lettuce to cover one side
  • 3-4 tomatoes slices, pickles , steaks 2 ,
  • add onion , mushroom sauce enjoy
