Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. crushed pretzels
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 20 oz. crushed, drained pineapple
- 16 oz. Cool Whip
Method
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put first 3 ingredients.
- Bake at 400° for 7 minutes; let cool.
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar, pineapple and Cool Whip.
- After baked pretzels have cooled, add to cream cheese mixture.
- Serve immediately (pretzels get soft if not served within an hour or so).
