Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 small pkg. cornbread dressing (Pepperidge Farm)
- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 small can water chestnuts, cut up
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Mix together 1 stick margarine and cornbread dressing.
- In a 2-quart casserole dish, line bottom with 2/3 of stuffing mix.
- Add squash mixture.
- Put rest of dressing mixture on top.
- Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
