- 20 None medium cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1/2 None small red onion, sliced
- 2 None spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 4 None ready-made chapatis or whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- None None Lemon wedges, to serve
Method
- In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, and parsley. Season to taste.
- Blend dressing into shrimp mixture until well combined.
- Top flat breads with lettuce and shrimp mixture. Roll up and serve with lemon wedges.
