Ingredients

  • 20 None medium cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 1/2 None small red onion, sliced
  • 2 None spring onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 None ready-made chapatis or whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 head iceberg lettuce, torn
  • None None Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  • In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and onions.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, and parsley. Season to taste.
  • Blend dressing into shrimp mixture until well combined.
  • Top flat breads with lettuce and shrimp mixture. Roll up and serve with lemon wedges.
